Senioru datubāze: a back office for Labdarības fonds Sofi
Labdarības fonds Sofi covers up to 250 EUR a year of vet care for every senior dog and cat adopted from its partner shelters, and ran the programme on an outdated database. FORGET replaced it with Senioru datubāze, an internal management system in Laravel that the foundation, the shelters and the partner vet clinics all work in, each in its own workspace. Shelters register adopted pets, clinics record visits and invoice them against each pet's budget, and the foundation approves, checks invoices and reports from one admin panel. The old records came across, and it all works in Latvian and English.

Three workspaces, one database
The foundation's team works in a Filament admin panel with everything in it: shelters, clinics, users, pets, visits, invoices and reports. They approve new pets, adjust a pet's yearly budget and can sign in as any partner to help them.
Shelters get a portal of their own, where they register adopted pets and see only their own. Clinics get theirs too: they find any active pet by name or microchip and see its remaining budget, but its owner and full history only once they have treated it.
Invoicing built into every visit
Clinics turn one visit or many into an invoice PDF with the foundation's payer details already on it, or upload their own invoice under their own number, with VAT on or off. Only visits with a signed statement can go on an invoice.
The foundation reviews each invoice in the admin and approves it, or rejects it with a reason; the clinic sees what was rejected and uploads it again. An approved multi-visit invoice downloads with all its files as one ZIP.

Clinic visits, itemised and totalled as you type
The charity's team and partner clinics record each vet visit line by line: the service, quantity and price. Line totals and the visit total update as they type, and a visit that would take a pet over its yearly budget is refused before it is saved.
