Greentech Latvia: a website for a green technology cluster
Greentech Latvia, the Green and Smart Technology Cluster, links companies, researchers and public bodies, and needed one site for its members, projects, events and funding calls. FORGET rebuilt it from an old Avada site as a custom WordPress block theme, moving the news, projects and events off the old page builder. The team now builds pages from 41 custom blocks and adds projects, events and opportunities that land on filtered listings, in Latvian and English.
Search across the whole site
One search box in the header covers pages, projects, events, opportunities, services and news, in the visitor's language. Suggestions appear while they type, and the results page groups what it finds by type, with a count on each tab and the search words highlighted. It is built into the theme, with no search plugin.
